Short description missing while creating HR Case

Hi Team, 

While creating HR case short description value set with HR service (as per OOB) from native view.

But one of our client instance, short description value missing while creating HR case from the native view.

Please suggest how can we fix this issue.

 You will need to setup the HR Template for this , Navigate to All> Hr administration >HR services >Hr templates

Check ACL.

User should have sn_hr_core_case.short_description role to make changes in short description field.
