Hi,
Since it is not possible to show emails in the activity stream on the employee portal
I was thinking of creating a new tab in the standard ticket configurations with a custom widget that shows emails.
Is this a good workaround? Does anyone have experience with a widget like that?

Hi,
I'd suggest taking a look at the CSM plugin, it introduced its own conversation layout that displays emails. 'CSM Standard Ticket Conversation' widget being used for CSM case records and is very useful
