Similarity Definition failing after Australia upgrade - NCE0079

Hi all,

After upgrading to the Australia release, all Predictive Intelligence Similarity Definition models are failing with:

“NCE0079: Input data is null or empty”

What I've already checked:

  • Predictive Intelligence plugins are active
  • Tested Long Description and Short Description
  • Reduced dataset from 300k records to 1,580 records
  • Removed Problem-related filters
  • Records contain valid text
  • Same error occurs every time
  • System log shows:
  • Failed to execute component similarityValidator : NCE0079: Input data is null or empty

The same type of model trained successfully before the upgrade.

Has anyone seen this issue in the Australia release or after a recent upgrade?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

hi @Garima_Sonia 

 

  • Repair the Predictive intelligence plugin once 
  • Go to your solution definition
  • Retrained  and test once from Solution definition
  • If you had custom BR to automate it, check if that BR is still available and active.
  • Test now.
