SLA configuration

We have a requirement to configure SLA as mention below-

Implementation:

  • Set default SLA for all existing catalogue items to 20 days.
  • Set default SLA for all existing tasks to equally distribute the 20 days

  • Set default SLA for all existing tasks to equally distribute the 20 days
  • Atul: OOTB, there is no way to do this, as task may very from item to item.
