We have a requirement to configure SLA as mention below-
Implementation:
- Set default SLA for all existing catalogue items to 20 days.
- Set default SLA for all existing tasks to equally distribute the 20 days

Hi @manojbhatt
- Set default SLA for all existing tasks to equally distribute the 20 days
- Atul: OOTB, there is no way to do this, as task may very from item to item.
