Slow loading of the dashboard

Hi Guys,

We encountered a slow performance issue in loading the dashboard.

It takes more than 8 mins to load the dashboard. May I ask if what cause this issue?

Or is there any way to improve this performance issue.

Hi @Codi 

I would think that this is due to too many widgets/report in a dashboard, together with bad created solution and is querying to my data - what about other dashboards? Are they having same behavior?

Review Dashboard Configuration:

• Check the complexity of the dashboard. Too many widgets, heavy queries, or complex calculations can impact performance.
• Evaluate the data sources for each widget and ensure they are optimized. If there are unnecessary or redundant queries, consider streamlining them.

can you give an example of how you optimize a widget, i'm new to creating widgets using basic filters but what can improve ?
