Hello All,
Here I am posting my journey on How to request for Change of email from partner portal to Personal Email .
Scenario : I had changed my personal email to my Companies partner portal account and email.
Now I was leaving the organization and I was worried that how would I revert back to my personal email and retain all the certification, now learning , community and PDI data.
Actions :
Steps to achieve aforementioned problem.
>>Email : partnerportal@service-now.com : to deactivate your account first and enable your personal email.
As per Partner portal team :
First of all, If your old email id() is a partner account, we need to deactivate in the Partner portal, please drop an email to partnernow@servicenow.com for deactivating your old account's partner status.
If old email id is not a partner account you can skip first step.
And after having your old partner account deactivated please follow below steps.
Please clear your cache on google chrome. Restart the browser straight away login into below link using your old Now Learning account() credentials.
https://account.servicenow.com/login
If don't have access to old email and asked for Auth on the Additional Email Authentication page, click on "Having an issue with Additional Authentication?" link to report the issue for disabling the MFA. After MFA got disabled please proceed further.
Click on 'Update Email' button. Which will redirect you to new window where you will be asked 'Enter new email :'. Provide your new email() and click on next button.
A new window appear click on 'No, i still want to change my ServiceNow account email'
A new window appear here you will be asked you provide 'Enter your code'. Please provide the code received on your email. And click on Next button.
By which you will be able to raise a merge request which will be processed in 5 working days.
>>Step 2 : reach out to now learning team :
Please create an account on https://nowlearning.service-now.com portal. Once you are registered and able to login there; email now learning team nowlearning@servicenow.com. they will de-activate your old account and transfer the learning history to new account.
it takes 5 business days to take effect.

Partner Portal email is changed to partnernow@servicenow.com
For Now Learning Portal you would need to open a case at Help Center of Now Learning portal.
If you have a ServiceNow Support Portal access, then that would need to be deactivated as well.
