Some KPIs/metrics in CIO dashboard not showing any scores

Hi,
We have recently installed the CIO dashboard in our instance according to the installation guide from ServiceNow (attached document) which is fairly something new for me.
We are able see the dashboard and all the demo data that has been loaded as a part of the installation as well.
However, some KPIs in the dashboard do not show any scores/charts as it should.
Some KPIs just show no scores and some show a configuration error such as : 'Invalid configuration. Invalid value for group_by field: 65947e02d7130100b96d45a3ce61033a' (attached screenshot).
We tried playing around with the formula indicators a bit to see if it makes any difference but got nothing.
We tried searching for any documentation and in the community for the same, but no luck so far.
Does someone know how to configure these KPIs to show appropriate scores OR is there any documentation that could be of help?
Any help would be appreciated.

To have the data visible in the CIO Dashboard, you will have to execute or run the Performance analytics jobs which will load the historical data. Go to Data collector > Jobs>Search for CIO Dashboard and activate all the jobs and execute them.
