Sort order for Topics in Virtual Agent Designer

Hi, 

Is there a way to sort the order for virtual agent topics when it is visible in the chat bot window?

Please advise.

Hi,

at the moment OOTB it's not possible to Order a Topic (it's a product defect).

Hi,

 

I can confirm it is fixed in New York. It now sorts correctly as alphabetically ascending by default.

We actually have the requirement to not sort alphabetically, but by importance. As far as I can see that feature is not available. I have created an idea for this:

I have a similar requirement. My customer wants the topics in a specific order, not alphabetical.
