Hello developers,
We recently upgraded to the Washington release and have installed the Supplier Lifecycle Management, Procurement Case Management, and the Source-to-Pay Common Architecture plugins.
So far everything is working as normal but when we navigate to the Source-to-Pay Workspace, the landing page is empty:
However, if I click the list view, I see all the menus that I need to see:
Does anyone know why the landing page is coming back blank? I'm expecting to see at least the OOTB widgets on the landing page for the Source-to-Pay workspace.
Any guidance will be greatly appreciated!

Cause
UX Page Registry record of Agent Workspace might be modified with some value on 'Parent App' field.
Resolution
Removing the values from 'Parent App' field and URL path from UX Page Registry record of Agent Workspace"(/sys_ux_page_registry.do%3Fsys_id%3D09d6f2c28727030084aca571d5cb0b5b)
It is advisable not to make any changes to the REGISTRY or CONFIGURATION records of Agent WorkSpace.
