Hi Community,
I am encountering a rendering error within Service Operations Workspace (SOW) when trying to open the "Open items" navigation list menu under the Requests section.
My Questions:
1. Has anyone pinpointed the exact field or column configuration (e.g., Stage, Workflow, dot-walked fields) on the sc_req_item or sc_request workspace views that triggers this specific data broker crash post-upgrade?
2. Is there a specific PRB / Known Error record associated with this component transform failure?
Any insights or exact steps to fix the underlying UX view definition would be greatly appreciated!

Check List Applicabilities and confirms it has required roles.
Navigate to filter navigator, Type sys_ux_applicability_m2m.LIST
1)refer KB: KB2518192 Unable to Access/See Lists on Workspace
Root Cause
The root cause of the issue is that users without the 'canvas_user' or 'snc_external' roles are not able to see the lists on the workspaces. This is due to an internal story related to Enhanced-Security-model-Adaption for tables sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list, sys_ux_list_menu_config, sys_ux_list, sys_ux_my_list, which requires explicit roles for users to work on those entries.
Steps to Resolve
1. Ensure that users who need to access the objects have the required roles described, which include 'canvas_user' or 'snc_external' for sys_ux_list and sys_ux_my_list, and 'ui_builder_admin' or 'delegated_developer' for sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list.
2) refer KB: KB2558683 Custom Lists Not Displaying in New Workspace for HR
Resolution
I checked on the issue and found that List Applicability for custom list is missing in the instances.
I have created for the Case Reader to be visible list.
List Applicability: sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list
You can find it from the related list of the UX List:sys_ux_list
Please refer the below vlog which has detailed about the List applicabilities:
