SOW workspace enhancements- add attributes for opened for

  • As a walk-up technician, when I login to Service Operation Workspace, and work on Walk-up Interaction record, I should see below attributes of Opened for in right-side panel
    • User id
    • Employment Type
    • Manager
    • Legal hold

To make this possible, you need to copy/and then edit the Record Information SNC. which is under the contextual side bar. This video will give you a path for the same:

In the opened for card, under opened for user name we have to display other attributes IMG_20250102_112522.jpg
