Spanish Language Enablement

Hi All,

I want to have knowledge about Spanish Language plugin Enablement.

  1. If i activate this plugin what will change in my tool?
  2. How can i test it?
  3. Do i need to take care of anything specific?

Hi Geet,

you mean if i a ticket is logged by a Spanish user and as i am English user and i write something in the description of the ticket or work notes or additional comments, so everything will go in English, it will not get translated?

But if a Spanish user writes something in Spanish in that form and then as i am a resolver group member so i will get that text in Spanish only?

Hi geet, 

Yes you are right. For making the spanish to english and vice versa you need to use the servicenow app which will convert your work notes and additional comments. So when the end-user types something in spanish you are english, you will see those in English even if he types something in spanish. GeoFluent is the name of application which you need to install in your PROD. The appropriate person with HI credentials can request for it. You cannot download the same in personal dev instance.
