Spanish Language Enablement

Hi All,

I want to have knowledge about Spanish Language plugin Enablement.

  1. If i activate this plugin what will change in my tool?
  2. How can i test it?
  3. Do i need to take care of anything specific?

I impersonated with a French user as i have french already activated in my instance. I found below view:

I want to understand why this highlighted text is not in French?

If i want to convert it to French how can i do it?

Hi Geet,

I think it's  a header menu widget in service portal.

Not sure, but might be the labels are not configured in specified(in your case, French) language.

Hi 

The above is happening because the plugin when installed changes the texts that it has converted and not something you have specified. Now in the typeahead search widget servicenow has give the placeholder text in English itself and which is the reason you cannot see the translated version.
