Specialized Incident Templates

Hi team!

 

I want to make up some specialized templates that have a "generic overview" description input and KEEPS the customers' description text as well. (Rather than completely overwriting theirs)

I've looked in ServiceNow documents and I can't see anything on this. So I don't have much hope, but thought I'd sing out, in case someone has any ideas?

 

I was recommended to come to this forum, to see if I can get some help with making a script as apparently this may be the only way?
