State and Number field is not editable in problem record.

Hi All,

I am not able to edit state and Number field in problem record.

could you please let me know how can i edit this field am using a PDI, i have checked ACL and rest of things not able to find any solution.

And same for state, this dictionary override makes it read only.

Hi @Community Alums 

 

May i know why you wanto make Number a editable?

 

State : It depend on condition you fill and then record move to next state. also a user need required role to work in Problem record.
