Suggestion icon removal

Hello,

How can we remove the suggestion icon next to Short Description on the Incident form?

We have a requirement to only remove this on the incident form and not other task tables.

Hi 

Go to short description -> configuration dictionary -> choice remove suggestion and add none.

Please mark helpful and correct.

Hi Nikhil,

short_description field is at task level and if you update anything on it; that would be a global change which is not recommended.

It would update change, problem etc all child tables

Archana only requires it to be happening on incident table and not on all child tables; so I don't think your answer would wok here

because the answer which you have marked basically indicating , you want to hide the suggestion on all the table which has been extended by task table . if yes then consider the below point

Hi Harshvardhan,

Yes, this was discussed when we had team meeting and it helped to decide if the customer still wanted to have this changed.
