Hi need help,
Objective: To trigger a survey to requester when REQ is closed for a catalog item - Catalog item1.
Created a survey :
Set to :Certain users can take this survey, based on conditions.
Trigger conditions:
table - sc_request
user field - Requested for
Condition:
status :closed complete (AND) Task type : Catalog item1
1.The survey is not available to the user from self service once his REQ is closed .
2.email logs also do not contain the info that survey invite was sent to user.
3.what is the significance of RELATED FIELD 1,2,3,4 ?

Configured above steps , however unable to see any survey related email logs.
in the survey i have defined conditions:
STATUS : Closed complete
TASK TYPE : CATALOG ITEM 1
in email notification:
send when :event is fired
event name : task.send_survey
conditions:
STATUS : Closed complete
TASK TYPE : CATALOG ITEM 1

yes that too.
survey is not visbile under MY SURVEYS and i do not see any email logs(email outgoing isnt configured yet) that survey has been sent to caller?

Hi Naga,
1) You have setup survey trigger conditions.
2) You have to create new email notification and that notification event should be task.send_survey.
3) In that notification give when to send condition table - sc_request and state == closed
Let me know now your able to get survey or not in email logs.
