Hi All,
I have created surveys in "Survey Management" few days back, but now i have the requirement of adding some more qustion.
So, i added those questions, now when i take survey via the URl, it does not show newly added questions.
Did anyone faced the same issue.
TIA,
Gaurav

Open the table
"survey_master". You can see your survey here.
Once you open survey you can see

or

The one which created has publised after publish we cant make any changes.
Read below information
3 Publishing Surveys
You must publish a survey to enable people to receive and complete survey instances. The State field on the Survey Definition form indicates whether the survey is in the Draft or Published state. If you do not publish the survey when you use the survey creator, open a draft survey definition and click Publish. When you publish a survey, the system automatically generates survey instances for any associated survey users. You can assign the survey to other users manually.
Note: A survey cannot be moved back to the Draft state after it has been published, though you can deactivate it by clearing the Active check box. |
See below thread some one asked same

So, after working with the 'new' surveys for a while, there is a reason for this behaviour. Its basically because the minute you access the URL for the survey (click the UI action, copy the URL and open it in a new window) this creates an instance of the survey for *you*. And until you do something with this assessment instance, you will always see the 'old' version.
If you then change the published survey, the preview will show the latest version, but if you reload the URL in another tab then you will access the previously created instance of the survey without the new fields you just added.
You can resolve this in many ways:
1. Navigate to the Survey instance the system created for you (Survey->Survey Instances (asmt_instance)) Remove your name from the newly created assessment (therefore there is no survey waiting for you, and you can have a new one.)
2. Navigate to the Survey instance the system created for you (Survey->Survey Instances (asmt_instance)) open the record, and use the 'take assessment' UI action then click the 'Submit' button (therefore marking the survey as Complete)
3. Navigate to the Survey instance the system created for you (Survey->Survey Instances (asmt_instance)) Delete the instance questions and then delete the assessment.
