Survey responses don't get stored in asmt_metric_result table

Hello! 

After an upgrade to Paris patch 3, we are experiencing problems with our survey. The responses do not get stored in the asmt_metric_result table anymore. 

The survey works and the users responses are created but not stored, for some weird reason.

Has anyone else ran into the same problem? I have checked the known error portal but can't find anything there either.

Any advice is appreciated!

Just had a chat with ServiceNow. The survey had "Anonymize responses" set to true, which means that you have to have a "guest" user/account on the instance, which we did not have. So we created a user with the id "guest" and firstname Guest and now everything works as it should

Forgot to mention, this applies to the Paris, patch 3. Think this is relevant for any Paris patch version, don't think you need to do this if your instance is on a version prior to Paris.

Ah, how interesting. Thank you for sharing! I'm seeing the exact same issue on Paris patch 2 right now. I just created a guest account. Sure would be nice if that were documented somewhere, eh?
