Tabs in a Catalog request item - how to create?

We are starting to create new catalog items in our Service Portal. I have a request from one of our catalog owners who would like to see two tabs when the end users selects a catalog item  one tab called Technical Specifications and one Called Installed Software.   Is is possible to create two tabs and have them displayed in the form for the user to review? If it is how would you create that?  Example below.

If you are trying to stay OOB the answer is no.  All you can do is create two sections, using containers and name them appropriately.

Now if you want to do something custom then ya this is possible.  You can try this solution
