I am not getting the summarization, is there any plugin i neeed to install?

It is part of Now Assist and you need to activate that plugins. I doubt it is available on PDI

Incident Summarization is being offered in Now Assist plugin which is not available on PDIs as of now. Are you using nowlearning course instance ?

As now assist plugin is not available for PDIs
