Teams integration generates a worknote for chats

Hello all,

We noticed that Teams integration generates a worknote on the incident where a communication record on incident is created. This worknote is created after some time and does not bring any value and generates an unnecessary notification for the end user.

I was checking but could not find its origin. Anyone has any idea? Or any idea how to locate it?

If anyone is still looking for the answer to this question, the messaging displayed when a record is inactive and the chat is closed is located in the script include MSTeamsImportChatUtilsSNC.  The message generated when the Teams chat is created is from MSTeamsChatUtilSNC. 

I decided to use a script in our work note notification to ignore these specific notes.
