Technical Service Offerings and Technical Services does not show up under Impacted Services and Service Offerings

Hello All,
I have gone through multiple community forum threads and the product documentation, but unfortunately I could not get the appropriate answer
Below is my question
I have created a Technical Service , Technical Service Offering , Dynamic Ci Group For a Set of Windows Servers Hosted in some x region
I have created a relationship between Technical Service and Technical Service Offering's as a parent child relationship And
TSSO (Technical Service Offering ) & Dynamic Ci Group as Contains relationships ( Iam not sure about this relationship as some of the product documentation says to uses Contians Relationship and the Other says to Use Managed By Manages Relationship)
Can any one suggest what is the correct relationship that to be used between TSSO & DCG ?
Now , I tried to run couple of scheduled jobs
Update Query based service
CSDM Data Sync
Post execution of these scheduled jobs , I can see a relationship record under svc_ci_assoc table and the DCG attributes Like Support Group, Change Group are populated to the filtered CI's
Iam not able to see the Managed By Group Attributes been copied to the DCG filtered CI's ? Any reason ?
Last
When a create a change request against the CI which is part of DCG and the save that particular change request record then under the related list
I was not able see the TSSO under Service Offering tab and then the Technical service under Impacted services Tab ?
Any reason ? Is anything configured Incorrectly ?
Appreciated on Immedidate answer as this is on high priority to make it work as soon as possible

Hello, i would like to ask if your problem got solved or not. I had the same issue now, the TSSO does not derived from Affected CI under Service Offering tab.
