The instance is offline

When logging into Dev site my PDI shows as Offline. when connecting the dpi itself i get a message stating the following:

 

This can happen when the instance is processing a request, undergoing maintenance, or having trouble connecting to the server.

 

I have been waiting for quite sometime and its still offline. 

 

On the PDI guide for Requesting Instance Assistance it states to click on a "Give Feedback" that should be available on all dev sites. but there is no such button available

Hi @Theo Booysen ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. I'm currently have the same issue as you, where the only thing we can do is just wait until they are up and running again.
