The option button in servicenow portal widget

Hi All,

When I open a incident from service portal, for some incident the "option " button is showing and for some incident its not showing.

Does any one know why its happening?

hi @Pradip32 ,

I would suggest you to open a variable form ( of that particular variable that you want to hide from options ) and in availability section that you may can decide whether to make it visible on portal or not.
