Hi Community,
I have developed a Brazil Master data new catalogue form and moved it tests.
Now they are testing about my development (new catalog form how it works).
They raised a question. 'They have noticed that they are not receiving notifications during the tests. Will the notifications work in the PRD environment, or do we need to configure something for them to be activated?'.
Could you please help with the answer based on your experience?
Do i need to configure anything for that or will it work in prod environment?

Hi @Srinivasu2 ,
Yes the Notifications will do work in Prod because in Prod as per the above screenshots attached by the fellow experts, there will be no email ID present in that field which will allow the emails to flow properly to each email ID's.
The reason for not receiving it in Non prod environment is that field will be populated with some email ID so that whenever any testing happens the mails will go to that ID only. This way the Clients will not be impacted whenever testing happens. You can check the emails under System Logs -> Emails. You should be able to see ur respective email by applying appropriate filter.
