In my workflow , I created notifications activity in that triggers email to user .
in user I have entered my specific custom gmail , but I did not receiving any email regarding that .
But in system log - email there is present email is send successfully

Looks like you're testing in a PDI, and in PDIs, emails are restricted — they can be either outgoing or incoming, not both by default.
If you want to test emails, please follow this link to set up the email server in your PDI. Once configured, you'll be able to test email functionality.

this is for your customer instance or PDI?
If this is for PDI then sending/receiving emails is disabled
If this is for Customer instance then check if Sending email is enabled or not
Also is that email in "Send" Type in email logs?
