Title in UI Builder

Hi, Community.

My workspace record has to start with the primary title and number of a record, but instead it shows "short description" in the title. How can I manage it in UI Builder?

This suggestion is helpful, but not completely. There is no table needed in the list, so I've created a new Workspace Header, but I still do not understand how to apply it to my workspace's header.
