to activate state model plugin problem

Hi ALL,

How do I active in the instance the problem states model plugin for Madrid version.  I didn't find this plugin?

IF this is your Personal instance, then i will suggest to request new Madrid instance to get this plugin by default.

Please make sure to take backup of your work on your personal instance.

You need  below plugin for activating problem state model.

As i said, this plugin is active by default on all new madrid instance.

 

com.snc.best_practice.problem.madrid.state_model

Existing customers CAN NOT activate this plugin.

State model is active for all madrid instances by default.

You should have below components installed with state model.

That's the problem, I have a Problem Management workshop on Tuesday and I can not activate this plugin in my instance.

My personal instance was Madrid from the beginning, but there must have been some problem in the version. I asked for another instance and now it is correct.
