Hello team, Can anyone explain how we can use tool tip for Form sections??

I don't think that's possible. You can add an annotation to the form instead.

Annotations works for only workspace correct. not UI?

It works for both.

Just add it to your form using form layout or form designer.

Hi,

 You can right click on the particular field--> Dictionary

In the Hint field from the field label you can add your tool tip
