I have a chabot that is created in my chatbot studio , it supports live agent property. But I want that when the user wants to connect to live agent , the live agent should reply from service now. That means, user chat through my chatbot with agent & agent replies from service now. I have no clue how to do that, I am very new to service now concepts.
