Hi All,
I have a requirement where I need to trigger an SLA with Target = Resolution to ensure that it is triggered on the same date as the value of a variable (on catalog item) for example if i choose 25th May 2025 the Sla has to start on that specific date.

I doubt this would be a good or feasible approach. The reason is that SLA works based on conditions, where if the variable has a value and the SLA condition matches that value, the SLA gets triggered; otherwise, it doesn't. The issue is how to retrieve the variable value in the operator value.

Hello @Abhishek Kr47
You can just put filter on variables on the task or ritm table - where-ever you are running SLA/OLA and put it related to today.
In the above screenshot - its on task table and I am referencing its variables.
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.

you can specify variable in the conditions of your SLA definitions such that SLA triggers on that date
I assume you want SLA on RITM table
Trigger SLAs based on catalog item variable
