Trying to setup firewall hole for my dev instance REST Outbound Message

We are trying to configure our firewall to allow the dev instance to POST a REST Message back to us for the REST Outbound Message.  Is there a simple way to determine the IP address that my dev instance will use when making outbound REST requests?

Apply an IP access control to outbound traffic, inbound traffic, or bidirectional traffic. The system only blocks an IP address if a matching Deny rule exists and no matching Allow rule exists. By default, there are no restrictions on access to your instance.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > System Security > IP Address Access Control to see a list of your IP access controls.
    You might have to activate the IP Range Based Authentication [com.snc.ipauthenticator] plugin.
  2. Complete the form.
    Note: To find your instance IP information, Log in to https://support.servicenow.com, and Search for the My IP Information service catalog item.

Hi,

the last time I had access to the Support site, there is a place to review your hosted instances and get the IP address assigned.  Others who can login in and have 'admin' status, can verify that.

 

I found:

That page won't display for me, do I have to have customer support access to view my dev instance IP information?
