Hi there,
I have created a UI action as a "Show Pop Up Message/Show pop Message" on incident form button. When I clicked it automatically shift on ui action form where i have created. I want that when I clicked on the button it should be show pop up message.

For this u need to checked the "Client" check box. And in Onclick define any function. Then in script call that function and add your message. Please refer the below SS:-
