UI Action- Copy KB Article

I saw on SN guru there was an option for the change module to have this and it is already implemented in my environmen.  But I want to see if it was possible in the Knowledgebase.

How is it different from the option that is available OOB (Insert and Stay) that should copy all the content of an existing article and creates a new record.

Hmm, this fuctionality is missing in our environment for some reason but I do know that option to be on the reporting module. I just checked my personal dev environment and that is not in the Knowledge Base Article page as well.

oh ok, generally if you want to copy a knowledge article you would do it on the kb_knowledge record, and I see that option on that form.

It is an OOB UI action, someone can you check and see if that UI action is not active for some reason

Nvm I see the option now by right-clicking the top bar.  Thanks, wish there was a way to make it an ui action.
