Check UI Action Configuration: Verify that the UI Action is configured correctly. Ensure that it is associated with the correct table, has the correct condition, and is assigned to the appropriate roles.
Inspect the Change Model Configuration: Review the change model configuration to ensure that it is set up correctly. Verify that the change model being used for change creation is configured with the correct workflow and other settings.
Review the Workflow Configuration: Check the workflow associated with the change model. Ensure that it is configured correctly and includes the necessary states, transitions, and activities.
Check Conditions and Scripts: Review any conditions or scripts associated with the UI Action, change model, or workflow. Make sure that they are evaluated correctly and are not preventing the UI Action from being executed as expected.
