ahoy Now Ninjas!
Anyone with any suggestions how to hide the highlighted sections in CSM/FSM Workspace?
I have checked all options as in here
I searched around UI Builder but didn't manage to find it. Now I have 2 instances where one has the two sections and one doesn't while they both seem to be configured equally, no difference found.

ad EMAIL
The section related to emails is called "Email Mini Compose" and it can be displayed or hidden ALWAYS, NEVER or with CONDITIONS.
To achieve this, navigate to the UI Builder, locate the corresponding page record (mine is already duplicated so I can edit it, the OOTB one is read-only), go to Activity Stream Compose > Configure > Use static input > Show email mini compose: Never and save it.

Locate Customer Activity (Customer Central) and deactivate it, it has been confusing as "Customer History" is just the title...

is that Customer history a related list on your Case Form View or a custom tab built using UI builder?
For the Email you will have to disable the email client template on your case table via dictionary

yes, it is custom list but I cannot find it anywhere and don't know where else to look 😛
Regarding the email client template, there's no active button to disable it and for dictionary, at what part do you mean?
The Email was not a part of deprecated page and we replaced deprecated page with a new one and it is there without touching this configuration(s).
I will chek the system properties as well, thanks for your ideas

you need to check the Record variant associated to that case table
May be some duplicated the OOTB record variant and added a new tab in that and then added condition to show this Record variant for your case table
-> Email tab -> you need to remove it from workspace but allow agents to use email client template from native?
to disable the email tab you can mark email_client=false in your Collection type dictionary entry for your table
Add/Remove email client to forms
