UI Builder - How do I put a delete action on my list?

Is there a way to add a delete action here, and control who has access to it?

I've investigated putting a delete action on the page, so that the user can delete the record they have open. That looks like it would work, if I use a Delete Record data resource, and redirected the user somewhere else afterward. But ideally they would not have to open the record to delete it, hence my question above.
