Hello Guys
Bases on my requirement, I'm trying to populate a link/URL next to a label on one of the catalog Item form. For this, i have created a new UI page which
displays the label text and the link beside it. I see this is working fine on the catalog form in ITIL view but if i review the form via Service Portal, i do not
see the label text and the link. Any idea on what has to be done more ?
I have tried selecting the category as 'General' but id did not work.
The above view is from ITIL which looks good, but i cannot see this in Service Portal
Regards!

Hi balaji
Thanks for your reply. I have gone through the links and found that this can be achieved via creating a new widget and pulling that widget into the variable. But if i configure new variable, i don't see the widget field option for many types of field type ( single line text, label etc ) I can see this field available for field type 'macro'. Does macro field type works to display a text ?
Regards!
