UI Policy not working in service operations workspace

Hello All,  

 

i have tried resembling the fields and form appearance of default changeview  into Service operations workspace . 

UI policy like 'mandatory assignment rule, mandatory worknotes' etc are showing in both default and SOW view , but for an Additional Information (refer Snapshot below -default change view ) its showing Additional info. mandatory for a change .

but when i tried same to show in SOW , its not showing mandatory there can anyone assist on it please?

Hi @bhupendrapareek 

could you please check if there are multiple UI Policies with the same Order for this field. that is common issue in ui policy actions.

also, make sure you select global in ui policy

Thanks for responding Ravi, 

Unfortunately UI policies are not working on Sections in workspace. 

for other fields its working in both the views.

and i checked , only one UI policy is working for this particular section on change form.

Please assist if you have the clue , where are we mistaking.
