Unable to attach docs to Change Request
Error Message: "Null, attachment does not exist"

Unable to attach Excel doc to Change Request
Tried to attach Excel doc to request, says "Null" then upon saving it disappears

 

Any idea why this is happening?

Hi @Abigail ,

Please check that you have the necessary permissions to attach documents to the CR. Check your user role and ACLs to verify that you have the required access. Also check if there's a size limit for the attachment and you are not exceeding the limit. 

Alternate, try to attach a different file and check if there's any Business rule or Custom script/Client Script that exist which is causing the problem.
