I deactivated the standard change flow and now I cannot activate it. I tried testing it first but that doesnt change the status of the button. Has anyone encountered this?

Hi,
I tried the same and see the same results. You will need to restore from backup, or clone over the instance. A Support case may be needed to reverse that otherwise. Maybe others here have other suggestions.

I ended up going into the xml and flipping active back to true. I did have to then re-import the update set that had that configuration update, but once promoted, the flow showed active again.
