Unable to activate identity provider

hello,

On clicking the test connection button, there is no error shown, But after that when i click on the activate button, it is giving the message  "Before activating an IdP record, you must Test the connection to the IdP". When i click on test connection again there is no error shown,but when i click on activate, again it gives the message "Before activating an IdP record, you must Test the connection to the IdP". 

If there are errors during test connections, where can we view them? and how can i resolve this issue?

Hi Reeba,

After clicking on 'Test Connection', a login window should have popped up.

Are you able to log in throught hat window?

Hello Raj,

On clicking test connection, a window popped up but it was not a login page. Directly the navpage popped up, i was shown as logged in. I have attached the screenshot. What is expected behaviour of test connection, how can we resolve it?
