Also, @pururavasin, I don't think constant browser refreshing is going to achieve much. It's not like it's 2007 and we're trying to buy concert tickets online.

Hello @Simon Hendery ,
Having faced the similar situation of losing PDI even if we logged in to the instance just 2-3 days ago, I was able to reclaim it by login to SN-Developer account via Mobile Device.
SN System consumed 3 days to publish the PDI (consider it as a workaround).
Regards,
Puru.

Hi @abrouf
Many community member now-a-days facing this issue. I will suggest you to Wait till maintenance work gets completed for your instance at backend.
If you’re okay with waiting, you can wait another 2–3 days or possibly longer and keep refreshing/checking the Developer Portal. Hopefully, your instance will come back online.
Alternatively, if you don’t have any important work or data in your offline PDI, you can release the existing instance and request a new one. Though there is also waitlist is there.
Unfortunately, there doesn’t appear to be any support available for PDI.

ServiceNow developers deserve better than the current PDI infrastructure mess.
I'd appreciated your support with this post, it's time get the company to listen and take action.
