Hello,
I am having difficulty changing the background of my service portal from within the Branding Editor in Service Portal Configuration. I am able to change the company logo, background color, navbar background, etc. from the branding editor, but not the background image for whatever reason. The image I am trying to change to worked fine within my PDI, but not my company instance. Even when I click 'Delete' on my background image, nothing happens, the current background is still displayed. Is it possible that this image is being set somewhere else that is preventing me from changing it in the branding editor?
I have tried the tips in this article: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0717042 and https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/service-portal-change-background-image/m-p/1499... and https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0682697
Thanks

I figured out the issue, we are using a custom index page rather than updating the default one. I figured this out when I realized the Tag Line in the branding editor didn't match ours, then did a global code search for the tag line I was seeing.
