Unable to group by ID field on Metric Instance table

Hello all,
There is a requirement to create a report on number of Assignment groups an Incident has passed and also the time spent on each assignment group. I have created a report on Metric Instance table with definition as Assignment Group and grouped it by ID field.
It is working as expected in my PDI. But when I am trying to execute the same in our customer instance, I am facing some issue. All the records are showing up in the report before I group it by ID, but after I group it by ID, only few records are showing in the report and recently created incident are not showing up here. Below is the screenshot of customer instance.
Even if you see the number of results it is showing 1 of 1 instead of showing actual number

The similar requirement can be done by a plugin SLA Breakdowns. ID: com.snc.sla.breakdowns
It provides the ability to generate breakdown data for each Task SLA record, by Assignment group and Assigned to.
