Unable to login to PDI

I was not able to login to PDI instance, it's been more than 12 hours and status is showing as 

Upgrading Instance...

Hi mate,

 

Try accessing the PDI with direct link instead of going from portal site. It is kind of issues where upgrade stuck for days but after some time user is able to access it from direct link try this.

 

If still issue, release the instance and take a new one.

Hello @Admin7267 ,

Due to some reasons this same situation is getting faced by multiple user , as there is no support for PDI ,so wait for some time and try again ,even after some time if it don't work , release PDI and  get new one.

Unfortunately, you have to wait. No other option. You can release and request new instance if you have the backup or nothing to lose. Or else try by opening login.do page if it works.

Hi @Admin7267 ,

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options: wait or release your instance and request a fresh installation.
