Unable to post answers on community forums

Hi Everyone, I am unable to reply to any questions on ServiceNow Community, when I post a reply, it shows the answer until I refresh the page. Is ServiceNow restricting accounts of certain level from replying to community questions?

Hi @Pranav_Thanedar ,

May be it is restricting from the ServiceNow to avoid the spam accounts. Once it is approved then may be you can answer the questions.
