Unable to See Right click Context Menu, Unclickable Magnifier glass, List lock/unlock is not working

Few of the table forms are behaving weirdly on my PDI. Whenever I am clicking on Magnifier icon, nothing happens, no popup appears. Even List lock/unlock is not working.

Surprisingly Right Click context menus is not available for few forms.

What may be the possible reason for such weird behavior? What needs to be checked here?

Dont know how but issue was fixed by doing instance Upgrade.

Click on any magnifier and check if there is an error in the console.

On the same network, Other instance is working absolutely fine.

Hmmm...Must be something with the instance. You may need to reset the instance.

Few days back, The plugin table was not opening in my personal instance. I had to do a wipe and reset.

Exactly same issue is there in my Madrid PDI since past few days. I thought by mistake I made some changes and that's the reason for this. Not sure what's wrong.
